I have been using drivers on the rolls of Mr Ajay - he was a driver but now operates ( tests ) an agency with a large number of drivers - has drivers from various locations - last known charge was Rs350.00 for 4 hrs an additional 50 for driving after 10pm..

For those living in the Secunderabad Cantonment premises, the freelance drivers service I use may be of interest. The service is run by one Mr Ajay, who has a network of about 25 drivers living in the Cantonment area. His Mobile 9701443453. Although he expects some advance notice, he has never failed to send me a driver even at a short notice. The charges are Rs 320 for a minimum of 4 hours. The charges for a whole day (8 hours) are Rs 500, if I correctly remember. He can also provide experienced drivers who will drive you to other towns/cities in TS and AP.
